  October 31, 2021 - D+0h: a little bit of deposit both in the filter and the bottle, smells of blackberry and raspberry D+4h: dark as ink, smells of blackberry and in the background a little bit of both raspberry and eucalyptus, smooth in the mouth, medium body, has a little bit of residual sugar, so not completely dry, in the mouth blackberry with a little bit of raspberry in the background, in the aftertaste blackberry and acidity, good length (30 sec), good red wine for the price, very early in its drinking window, it will hopefully get more complex with further bottle age, at the moment it is rather one-dimensional.
