  November 6, 2021 - D+0h: a tiny, tiny bit of deposit in the filter, none in the bottle, smells of cherry and raspberry D+4h: cherry colour, smells of raspberry, smoke and cherry, smooth in the mouth, medium body, dry, but not in a harsh way, in the mouth elderberry, smoke and cherry, there is even a little bit of acidity in the mouth, in the aftertaste elderberry, cherry and a little bit of acidity, good length (30 sec), good pinot noir.
