  December 25, 2021 - decanted 3 hours
  garnet colour with some dark ruby notes.
  on the nose, leather, raspberry, strawberry, different spices, mostly black pepper.
  in the mouth it impresses for the extremely soft texture and amazing complexity: dark plums, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, sour cherries, wild herbs, tobacco, chocolate. Gentle tannins spoil the senses. balanced and harmonic with a very long finish! Fantastic Wine (best one of 2021 ;P)
