  January 1, 2022 - Quite a pale colour, paler than pale yellow, smells of grapefruit and melon, medium body, has a little bit of residual sugar (so not completely dry), in the mouth melon and a little bit of grapefruit, has a nice acidity, in the aftertaste grapefruit and melon, good length (15 sec), good Gutsriesling.
