  January 7, 2022 - D+0h: a tiny bit of deposit in both the filter and the bottle, smells of blackberry and elderberry D+5,5h: purple red colour, smells of elderberry and smoke with a little bit of blackberry in the background, smooth in the mouth, medium body, has a little bit of residual sugar, so not completely dry, in the mouth elderberry and blackberry with a little bit of cherry in the background, in the aftertaste smoke, cherry and elderberry, good length (30 sec), really good red wine.
