  January 8, 2022 - This is a super-Tuscan. - the Cabernet dominates the nose but the Sangiovese is most apparent on the palate . 2 hour decant. Enjoyed with pasta Bolognese and garden salad. You can drink this one ow with food but it is good for the cellar too.
