January 11, 2022 - Golden semi cloudy wine that is slightly viscus. Mineral qualities, lemon grass, citrus, pears. Layers of green apples, pears, lemon curd and some oak. Very nice wine that needs a little airing to settle the acidity. Maybe we opened the bottle too soon.
