  January 13, 2022 - 13% - Clear, med+ ruby / clean, pronounced intensity - morello cherry, underbrush, spice box, violet, earthy tones / dry, med+ acidity, med+ grippy tannin, med body, med+ intensity, med to long finish. Rustic & wild with impressive depth. This is most likely the "broadest" shoulder Dolcetto I've ever tasted. Absolutely fantastic over two nights
