January 14, 2022 - I followed this bottled for several hours and it really blossomed after being open for a couple of hours. Much better at cellar temp and above.

First bottle I tired was a little more fresh and crisp. This bottle is a darker gold color and more honeyed. Complex and fairly full bodied, but not full of heavy flavors.

Floral and lime on the nose. Palate has core of tree fruit notes that runs thourhout with melon, some citrus but more of a pineapple note for the acidity, with a clean lemon and oyster shell finish at first, but it really gained intensity with more air.
