  January 19, 2022 - 100% Cardonnay, exclusively from vineyards aged more than 35 and located in Cote des Blancs, more precisely in the Grand Cru villages of Cramant and Chouilly.
  
  i Extra Brut dosage 3.5g/l. 7078 Bottle / 198 Magnums produced. Bottled 18. og 19. July 2016 Base wine from 2015 combined with some 2013 and 2014
  
  Pale lemon towards straw yellow colour.
  
  A bit tight nose just after opening, but some touch of ripe apples, minerality, nuts and yeast.
  
  Bold and concentrated with tiny small bubbles with an elegant mousse, fresh balanced acidity and fruity. Rounded with minerality and a beautiful aroma of brioche, nuts and butter. Long and fuller finish with a dry exit.
