  January 24, 2022 - Still pale honey with some green hints. Nose like the palate reflects the colour. Still quite reserved. Some Gunflint, matchstick notes with lemon and white peach on the nose. The palate follows the nose, pure chardonnay fruit with no oak artifice. Quite linear and pure. Maybe a bit simple at the moment but has the depth of fruit and structure to improve greatly with more age. Not one of the chardonnays that is falling apart after 5 years.
