  January 26, 2022 - Pnp'd and the tannins delivered a body blow. Set it aside until the next day and boy was that the right decision. Rich black fruit reflected the rich black color. A bit of fig in there, then nice tobacco and earthiness. Still a little tight, but that cut right through the fattiness of the brisket we ate with it.
