January 31, 2022 - Uncorked 3 hours before dinner, not decanted and drank over two hour korean bbq dinner. No sign of aging on the rim. Nose of classic dark fruits and cedar. Body started off medium and added weight progressively. Palate was exquisite and pure with increasing depth and complexity as dinner progressed. Tannins were noticeable but not aggressive. Very drinkable now, in hindsight I should have decanted. This wine feels at the very early stage of its drinking window with a long life ahead of it
