  December 28, 2021 - From memory hence very light notes. Deep purple. Black and red fruits and some meatiness on the nose. The palate has medium weight and medium+ acidity. This is an amazing value that's well worth the wait and over delivers, a pleasure to drink. I agree with Vinum Bonum that it feels more like St-Joseph than Crozes-Hermitage. Most Crozes I've had in the past felt austere and very earthy compared to this wine.
