February 19, 2009 - Very pale ginger with moderate bubbles. Nose of red apple, hints of yeast roll, and pomegranite. Nice moutfeel, with gobs of fruit on palate. Acidity shows heavily on finish. A bit flabby on the mid-palate, but definitely in the champagne mold. (C+/B-).
