  March 3, 2009 - Tannins are over barring. They really are affecting the drink ability of this wine. Too sharp on the pallet. The structure of the wine does not support the tannins. I love Owen Roe as a wine maker and continue to consume many of his wines. This is the first suggestion to me that Owen may be spreading himself to little to thin by consulting with every Tom, Dick or Harry who wants to open a winery and is willing to pay his fees.
