  March 1, 2022 - Out of the chute with fragrant berries. Body is medium soft tannin but significant. 2hrs later: mint finish is coming on. tannin is still astringent. Definitely great Eggplant parmesan pizza companion/ Got the rustic Sangiovese burliness down with long finish.
