  March 26, 2022 - Blend of chardonnay, pinot gris and pinot auxerrois with French oak (50% new oak).
  
  Fresh acidity in the mouth with a certain roundness in the finish.
  The oak shows itself, but galantly.
  
  Aroma's of citrus, stonefruit, acacia and a mineral hint
  Long finish.
  
  This is a wine that can easily match with a Chablis.
  
  Serve with some grilled river fish (trout?) and almonds. This wine can have something for a meal.
