  March 28, 2022 - Modern and sleek. And intense and with great mid range and finish. Has tension. Quite the package!
  Now just a bit disjointed. But:
  1. Bright and intense after an hour
  2. Deep and brooding after a few hours
  3. Very nice the next day
  
  Not sure whether to drink in a measured manner over the next couple of years..or keep for a few.. opinions welcome. No wrong choice
  
  Day 1: Pasta with ground pork and radicchio
  Day 2: Breaded eggplant pizza
