  April 11, 2022 - Jimaronson is correct: no need to wait on this. PnP at room temp, this is full of black fruit and a hint of raspberry. Tannins are present without being harsh, and the finish has a bit of black pepper to it. All is in balance. Paired with curry panang and this is a perfect compliment.
