May 8, 2022 - Same as last note, getting some hoppy Simcoe feel to it: Densely packed with loads of oily citrus, melon rind and tart red fruits on the nose, very expressive. Med bodied, acid forward, showing off that tangy-dank citrus/bergamot on the entry, moving to more melon rind and strawberry on the finish. Almost tannic in the mouth. This is great fresh, but has a long life ahead of it.
