March 23, 2022 - Random wines tried during service (Oinoscent): 100% merlot
The wine shows purity, depth, ripe fresh cherry, berry, currant, a touch smoky, coffee, thin oak frame, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, pulp-y and juicy
In the palate, the wine shows elegance, ripe and juicy tannins, blue fruit, black fruit, a touch warm, its still tight, thin oak frame, spicy sweet medium to long finish
    Outstanding quality
