  May 20, 2022 - This needs a significant amount of time in the decanter. Right out of the gate is a significant amount of oak/tobacco/cedar. Two hours in decanter mellowed a bit. No real fruit to speak of. Kind of an oak monster. Good, but a tad disappointing if I’m being honest. Perhaps would be better on day 2, but didn’t have that luxury as I was in a restaurant. Cheers!
