May 21, 2022 - Quite late after many other wines so no detailed notes but this was impressive, showing very well directly after opening. Toast, yellow fruit, seashore minerality. Maybe a bit aggressive mousse. Still fairly young. Can take a lot more time in the cellar of you like your champagne properly mature.
