June 4, 2022 - Blind tasted.
A: deep purple.
N: perfume, malolactic, medium leather, Bordeaux funk, soup stock, cayenne pepper, celery, oregano. A wonderful nose.
P: rich, complex, plenty of interesting round silky tannins are present but it is eminently drinkable now. Excellent.
96-97 pts.
This easily beat out a 2015 Troplong Mondot, 2015 Cantenac Brown and 2018 Cantenac Brown (in that order).2 people found this helpful 4,141 views
