  June 14, 2022 - Classic NZ sauvignon blanc: citrus and gooseberries with a hint of tropical fruit (I’d stick with guava), but this vintage has unbelievable length…it goes on and on! Marvellous companion to cheese from Forchette (Clinton NJ): Vacherousse and Beecher’s Cheddar.
