June 18, 2022 - Having a glass from a newly opened bottle at the L’Ecole Heritage tasting room. Slightly lighter in body to the same vintage Apogee and seems like lower acid, but tannins are becoming more evident the longer we sit here. Medium finish. Probably a decent match for roasted pork with seasoning or pan sauce.
