  June 29, 2022 - Beautiful garnet color. Mature nose of dried rose petals and sour cherry. Palate is pleasant, more mature notes and a simple finish. This is at peak or slightly past.

  7/1/22, 8:05 AM - Purchased ex-cellar and delivered early this year. Perhaps bottle variation. I have another bottle I'll have to dig out soon.

  7/6/22, 9:16 AM - Talked to Megan and she said it needs more air to come around and for the mature notes to blow off. Unfortunately we drank it down too quickly.
