  July 5, 2022 - Needs good thirty minutes to start shining. After an hour it shows from it's best side. SUCH elegance. Beautiful aroma om cherry stone. The mouthfeel is great, and the acidity is still high. Drink with fatty foods of pork/chicken, or tomato based pasta with some fat in it. I would recommend storing these wines for +3-5 years more, as I believe it would come even more together and score upto 92 points on my scale. Lovely!
