March 26, 2009 - Dark ruby red. Good smell of earth and dark fruits, a little raw meat. More open now than last time. Decanted for 2 hours. Will improve with time. Noticable tannins, but not too hard, lasting aftertaste. Got better in the glass after 1 hour.
