  July 13, 2022 - Consumed over two nights, really opened up on the second night to reveal the depth of fruit, mocha, a hint of aniseed and typical shiraz pepper. All balanced out with a subtle line of acid and dusty tannins. Still evolving and worth hanging on to some for another 5 plus years.
