  July 14, 2022 - Who says one cannot have bottle variation with screw cap closure! This bottle was a vast improvement from the last one.
  
  Colour is youthful and is not showing any evidence of ageing. The nose, however, indicates otherwise with hints of honey and kerosene (or custard) beginning to emerge although it is still very lime / lemon dominant.
  
  The palette is racy with plenty of freshness, some salinity and mineral with tropical fruits. A decent finish and overall, a bit of a straitjacket. Very pleasant but needs food to shine.
  
  Drink now or 4+ years.
