  July 16, 2022 - Enjoyed with dinner at Mistral's....wanted to pick a selection out of the box and this was a nice offering for the dinner selections. Round, chocolaty and a little early oxidized, but got better with air. Not too tannic, some thick yet supple notes of cocoa, blacks, indian spices, and disappeared by the end of dinner.
