  August 16, 2022 - I really enjoyed this but I can see it being polarising. It’s a big, bold pinot - bold flavours, bold tannins, intense. Meat, blood, dark fruits, spice. I’d almost guess syrah, but it’s still identifiable as Pinot. Real structure to those tannins. Feels like the product of a hot vintage. It’s a quality wine although not for some.
