  August 21, 2022 - Took a few hours to unfurl. Recommend 3 hour decant. Elevated acid, needed time for all the classic N Rhone tell tales (meat, smoke, olive, savory) to really shine and for fruit to gain weight and evolve from watery red to moderately full dark fruits. The body is a bit underweight and lacks texture, which could have taken this to the next level. An above average cool climate syrah.
