August 23, 2022 - It is a yummy and robust wine but does not have the complexity to be in the top league. It is a good Tuesday night wine when one does not want to think.
A rich and aromatic nose with raspberry, spice, floral notes and with a backbone of oak being quite evident. Body was quite concentrated with chocolate, cherries and some peppery notes. Finish was not of any great interest but it was decent.
