White
2006 Pierre André au Château de Corton André Chardonnay Bourgogne Blanc France, Burgundy, Bourgogne Blanc

Shared a bottle at Revolver. A nice, no-frills food-friendly white. Not a trace of oak to be found, and with a bracing acidity. I liked this better at room temperature. Very refreshing.
Red
2008 Ken Wright Pinot Noir Canary Hill Vineyard USA, Oregon, Willamette Valley

Shared a bottle at Revolver. Very solid stuff - light on its feet, but with a nice concentration and a subtle smoky oak thread. Not really drinking at its peak yet, but it's delicious already.
White
2007 Pegasus Bay Sauvignon Blanc-Sémillon Waipara New Zealand, South Island, Canterbury, Waipara

Popped and poured. Really delicious stuff. Start with typical NZ Sauvignon Blanc, triple the complexity, replace some of the grass with sage and dill, add some body without the oak for a great mouthfeel, and you're here.
Red
2000 Etude Cabernet Sauvignon USA, California, Napa Valley

Decanted a half hour, some sediment. The nose on the is gorgeous - super-elegant Napa juice, with aged cedar box but still plenty of dark fruit. The palate falls kinda flat, though - quite ripe, with almost a residual sugar sweetness, and not enough tannic grip to support the richness. Good acidity, and still quite fruit-driven, though. Some slight green qualities hidden, but fairly big for the vintage.
Red
2002 Yalumba The Signature Australia, South Australia, Barossa, Barossa Valley

Popped and poured. Really beautiful stuff - elegant, balanced, structured and restrained. The mouthfeel is terrific, and a beautiful high-toned acidity keeps it fresh and interesting. I'm not used to Aussie reds outclassing Napa, but this was no contest. Awesome stuff. Yalumba is one of my favorite red wine producers, period.
White - Sweet/Dessert
2005 Leonard Kreusch Riesling Beerenauslese Germany, Rheinhessen

Very nice. It's everything I look for in a dessert wine - complex, lush mouthfeel with bracing acidity, and not even a trace of alcohol. Nice tropical fruit with a hint of tobacco. Drinking miraculously well for its age (I'd meant to pop another one instead, oops!).
