Red
1995 Michele Chiarlo Barolo Cerequio
Animale and sous-bois notes. Some red fruit. Bold, rigid styling. Firm tannins. Nice.
Red

Heady, and showing a bit of heat. Floral with candied cherry notes. Fine structure. Medium body. Very nice.
Red
2000 Michele Chiarlo Barolo Cerequio
Heady, warm vintage feel. Fine structure, and showing some alcohol. Lighter body than the '97. Floral. Nice.
Red
2003 Michele Chiarlo Barolo Cerequio
Super candied. Full, with some heat. Tangy mouthfeel. Somewhat grainy tannins. Enjoyable.
Red
2004 Michele Chiarlo Barolo Cerequio
From 1.5L. Potpourri. Pitchy dark fruits. Really firm palate with hard tannins and great acidic frame. Super young, but really great elements.
Red
2004 Roberto Voerzio Barolo Cerequio
Very ripe, with some raisin notes. Seems like Cabernet next to the more characteristic Barolo. Fine tannins. Nice, but the context here really pointed out the stylistic differences, and not to this wine's benefit.
