Beautiful floral fragrant nose with a touch of sweet citrus fruit and creaminess. Off-dry on the palate. Clean, soft with good but balanced acidity.

Good minerality, some white flower. Quite soft and a little closed. Red apple with a touch of honey and a twist of lemon or even orange to finish. Still very young.

Much more concentration, bigger citrus nose. Smooth, richer, soft, with great length and good acidity. Honey on the farewell - feminine. Still a touch closed – needs more time.

Colour development, bready nose with intense apricot/marmalade notes. Soft approach, good intensity on the palate and fine acidity. Mineral, some honey and ripe lemons.

Sweetcorn nose with some white mushroom and other sweet veg – umami time! Rich, again soft but dry, smooth, long with medium intensity.

Soft roses and spice. Dry, smooth, long and quietly withstrained.

Rich apricot with underlying spice on the nose. Very intense on the palate with good brightness and acidity holding the apricot and barley sugar notes well.
