Good acitity, more white flower here on the nose, fresh, some citrus – lime. Great minerality again, fresh, dry, long, straight and clean.

Bright with a soft approach, good citrus character – lemon this time, good intensity of fruit and quite subtle again.

Showing a little age in the colour. Full, rounded, minerals and white flowers, intense and layered nose with honey and petrol notes as well. Great intensity on the palate, dry, good length with a fine balance and a honeyed farewell. Quite special.

Truffles and white mushrooms, touch of sweetness. Clean, bright with good acidity. Long with the ‘shrooms following through all the way.

Asparagus this time with a touch of minerality and some more white mushroom. Fresh, bright, good acidity and minerality, white pepper. Still young and quite austere.

Turkish Delight and spice, clean and dry with good fruit and cumin.

Still very light in colour. Subtle and beautiful nose with roses. Same subtly on the palate (“like lace” Anne likes to say) – very elegant.

Intense citrus and sweetness. Soft, subtle, citrus again on the palate with a touch of marmalade. Still very young with a slightly bitter finish.

Deep amber colour and shining like a jewel. Beautiful candid peel and barley sugar on the nose. Raisoned, rich, smooth with more barley sugar and candid peel following through on the palate. Focused and long.
