Lively with BIG minerality, lots of limes and grapefruits. Fresh, dry with some peach fruit on the palate. Quite long.

Some colour development, toasted brioche and hazelnuts on the nose, perhaps a little oxidation as well? Well developed with limes on the palate and a little viscosity in the mouth.

Some colour development. White peppery nose with stone fruits – perhaps peach. Bold, bright, spicey with good acidity – almost unripe peach. Needs food.

Very floral nose with underlying minerality. Beautifully soft, subtle, more peach notes, subtle and long.

Mixed after fermentation starts separately with two weeks apart and then mixed. White pepper, white flower, touch of cream. Soft, pear character on the palate. A little short with a bitter finish.

Peppery with apricots on the nose but quite closed. Light, some mushrooms and earthiness on the palate. Dry.

Turkish Delight. Soft, herby with ginger notes and lemongrass on the palate. Would be great with a Green Curry!
