Conc: Very good for me being a non cava fan this I did enjoy, Bubbly with Spanish Sunshine

T: Dry, high acid, med- body, med + intensity, med+ finish
Has tropical fruit, Pineapple but a highly acidic pineapple

conc: great acid, and yet tropical notes pretty cool. for comparison Jose Dhondt BdB I think is a notch better then this

Conc: This paired with cheese and other foods really shined, by itself wasn't blown away from with food needs food. Pinot Noir/Pinot Meunier based sparkling

Ripe Red fruit, spice, some sour cherry too

conc: think the warmth of 2005 shows here, wouldn't call this a classic nebbiolo I mean among the 6 of us we didnt really see it being a Barolo

Conc: Slowly started to open up, I think this needs a decant for sure for at least an hour. Been liking 06 Tuscany's tho I didnt find this to be what the other 06s I have had this still gets thumbs up
