My first encounter with a Pavillon and im impressed. Interesting nose, metallic, salt water yet sweetish. Palate has the grassiness, green caramelised apples, fruity, some dried longans and peaches. Elegant, acidity sits well on the palate. Probably my favourite SB yet.
