Rich on the palate, with a nice mix of herbs and a little coffee bean. The palate is much like the nose, but the flavors are much more intense.

Earthy and spice, with dark fruit underneath and spice wrapping around it all. Soft and juicy on the palate, with mocha and blueberry upfront. The middle is spicy, and there's a nice vanilla hit on the finish.

Honey and stone on the nose, with some tropical fruit and coriander behind. Rich and mineral driven, the palate has very subtle tropical fruit flavors, and a nice spicy finish.

Roasted meats with herbs greet the nose, with hints of black currant and black cherry. There's a hint of pencil lead at the end. The palate is slightly tannic, but has good acidity. The fruit is dark, but with a floral tinge.

Green apple and orange zest on the nose, with hints of spice at the end. A tasty and fruity palate, with a hint of oak. Apple and orange flavors, with a good amount of spice on the finish.

Rich and oaky on the nose, it has very little fruit, but some citrus. The palate was much like the nose, but here the citrus fruit was dominate. It had the same richness and a slightly spicy finish.

Citrus and beeswax on the nose, with stone and floral aromas in the background. Slightly sweet on the palate, with pear and lemon flavors mixed with wax. The mid-palate has floral notes, and there's some minerals on the finish.

Lots of perfume on the nose, with plum and candied strawberries. More complex on the palate, the fruit is restrained and there's some spice mixed in.

Oak and burnt meat upfront, with black currant and blueberry in the middle. The finish has a medicinal quality. Still too tannic on the palate, but the flavors are the same as the nose.

Stony and floral on the nose, with black currant and cherry, spice and vanilla, and a hint of earth at the end. The palate is like the nose, but a little less interesting. I think is is too young.
