Flaxen, some green. Nutty aroma, ham, pears, slightly oxidized, very focused. Oily and smooth. Some bitterness and spices in the finish.
Nice acidity, good lenght.
2005 Jean Rijckaert Chardonnay Arbois en Paradis Vieilles Vignes France, Jura, Arbois

Golden, some green. Dried light fruit (like fig) on the nose. Also nuts, ham and washing-up liquid. Fullbodied and intense. Oxidized style. Different and interesting.

Flight 2 (2 notes)

2008 Tissot (Bénédicte et Stéphane / André et Mireille) Savagnin Arbois France, Jura, Arbois

Golden, some brown. Intense, acrid and "flor-like" aroma. Brown sugar and seaweed. Full-bodied, intense and sharp. Quite green, with high acidity (like green apple). Great lenght.
Very different style, interesting!
2010 Tissot (Bénédicte et Stéphane / André et Mireille) Arbois Les Bruyères France, Jura, Arbois
84 points
Some green colour. Green, pure and intense nose with root crops, thyme and detergent. Medium body, some residual Co2, residual sugar (15gr) and very spicy.
A challenging wine to judge. Not tasted anything like this before.
Vin de table.

Flight 3 (2 notes)

2008 Tissot (Bénédicte et Stéphane / André et Mireille) Arbois Clos de la Tour de Curon France, Jura, Arbois
93 points
Flaxen, with some green notes. A bit shy on the nose, but very elegant aroma of nuts, herbs, aceton and some sweetness (coconut). Medium body with velvet texture. High acidity (sitrus) and a spicy and very long finish. Layers of taste!
Very impressive and elegant, yet expensive ($100 in Norway).
2005 Tissot (Bénédicte et Stéphane / André et Mireille) Arbois Vin Jaune France, Jura, Arbois
91 points
Golden colour. Nutty, sherry-like aroma. Herbs, brown sugar, very pure. Intense on the palate. Spicy, high acidity, great lenght. Fascinating!
