Pale straw, very fine abundant mousse. Medium(-) aromas of white fruits, with autolytic notes in the background. Off-dry, medium-medium(+) acidity, medium body. Medium rich flavours of yellow fuit, apple, lemon zest, and mineral. Very fine creamy mouth-filling mousse,
Long finish, with fruit-driven notes, elegant and feminine.

Medium ruby, slow-moving legs @ 14% ab. Medium nose of red cherries, barnyard, sous-bois, leather, appealing nose. Dry, medium acidity, ripe medium(-) tannins, medium(+) body. Medium(+) flavours of cherries, strawberries, leather. Well balanced, powerful and elegant. First contact reveals a great fresh body, well structured, with an almost crunchy texture, then flavour explosion preceding a long finish. A very good wine.

Flavours of cherries, spice, leather. Excellent balance. Great finish with tertiary and spicy flavours coming through. Still a vibrant wine, elegant and a tad austere. Classic Bordeaux-style. Beautifully developed.

Vibrant ruby, narrow slow-moving legs @ 15% abv (sic). Medium aromas of garrigues, thyme, black plumes, prunes, chocolate. Dry, medium acidity, medium(-) dry tannins, full body and high alcohol. Full of cherries, leather, black pepper and cocoa flavours. Complex, jammy and opulent. Very long, almost sweet finish.
