Arugula, balsamic infused melon, candied pecans, goat cheese

Flight 1 - ~ Entrée ~ Butternut squash Creme Brulée (1 note)

Picking favorites I'd say the butternut squash crème brûlée surprised the guests the most - the way you'd like to be: pleasantly.

Looking forward to tasting more as time progresses. Very enjoyable port that's not heavy on the palette but juicy and drinks all too easy. The Tasting Note Assistant further adds:

The wine looks Garnet colored. The legs are Slow. It smells like Gooseberry, Black currant (cassis), Blackberry, Blueberry, Fig, and Strawberry Jam. It tastes like Black currant (cassis), Blueberry, Strawberry, Fig, and Strawberry Jam. The body is Medium/Full. The wine has Round texture. The wine finishes Medium.
