Arugula, balsamic infused melon, candied pecans, goat cheese
Flight 1 - ~ Entrée ~ Butternut squash Creme Brulée (1 note)
Picking favorites I'd say the butternut squash crème brûlée surprised the guests the most - the way you'd like to be: pleasantly.
Flight 2 - ~ Plat Principal ~ Crisp Red Snapper w/Zucchini & Tomato Jus (1 note)
w/ Ginger, saffron, cilantro, coriander, cumin, paprika drizzle
Flight 3 - ~ Desserts ~ Pièce Montée: Profiteroles & Chocolate Cake (1 note)
The wine looks Garnet colored. The legs are Slow. It smells like Gooseberry, Black currant (cassis), Blackberry, Blueberry, Fig, and Strawberry Jam. It tastes like Black currant (cassis), Blueberry, Strawberry, Fig, and Strawberry Jam. The body is Medium/Full. The wine has Round texture. The wine finishes Medium.
