Soft, yeasty nuttiness from the aromatics on through to the palate. Very dry. High acidity. Medium bodied, in a whole milk texture. Ends abrubtly, then the nutty finish comes on. Nice. 87+

Richer, fuller nose. A little funkier than the Manzanilla. Nice saline notes. More full on the palate. Nice acidity. Nuttiness on the finish. There seems to be more going on with this as compared to the Manzanilla. 88-89
