Flight 1 (6 notes)
Rosé - Sparkling
N.V. Jacques Lassaigne Champagne Extra Brut Rose de Montgueux
Salmon colored. Tart, dry and earthy with a hint of strawberry. OK but not more.
Rosé - Sparkling
N.V. Laherte Frères Champagne Brut Rosé
Vivid pink and frothy. Rich black Pinot fruit with some yeast. Dry, deep and long.
Rosé - Sparkling
N.V. Paul Bara Champagne Grand Cru Grand Rosé
Pale pink, fine bead. Very refined, pure, fruit-driven aromatics. Light weight, low dosage. Strong minerality on the finish. Excellent, and the best of the 3 Champagnes tonight.

Rosé - Sparkling
N.V. François Pinon Touraine Brut Rosé
Salmon tint. Yeasty nose. Sweeter entry. Some toast and bitterness at the end. Disjointed and poorly balanced.
Rosé - Sparkling
N.V. Parigot & Richard Crémant de Bourgogne MONOCHROME Brut Rose’
Medium pink. Sweet, full bodied and loosely structured with ill defined fruit. Some citrus at the end. Simple and crude sparkling wine.
Rosé - Sparkling
N.V. Balivet Vin du Bugey-Cerdon Méthode Ancestrale
Bright pink. Caramel and sweet ripe cherry. Medium weight. Pleasant finish with some yellow apple. Innocuous.
