Light straw color with tiny bubbles. Nose of apples and pears. Quick burst of scrubbing bubbles followed by Granny Smith apple flavors. Tart finish.

Lots of citrus aromas and flavors. Grapefruit seems to dominate. Strong acid profile on the finish.

Strawberry nose with lemon notes. Quick burst of strawberry across the palate, then strong citrus flavors. Some strawberry notes on a short finish.

Ripe black cherry aroma with a hint of spice. Good structure. Layered tart and ripe cherry flavors with earth and spice accents. Long finish.

This is Pinot Gris that was fermented on the skin, lending the wine an orange hue. It actually looks like a rose, and for the most part tastes that way as well.
